9Cr2Mo forged backup rolls

Our 9Cr2Mo forged backup rolls are manufactured by integral open-die forging process, designed for cold rolling mills in steel plate and strip production.

Made of 9Cr2Mo alloy steel, the backup roll features high hardness, excellent wear resistance, stable mechanical performance and good fatigue resistance. Strict heat treatment including quenching and tempering is implemented to achieve uniform hardness distribution on the roll barrel surface.

This series of forged backup rolls is widely matched with cold rolling production lines for carbon steel, stainless steel and silicon steel rolling.
